Critical Information

Office hours are posted on the office door.
Check-in time is 12:00 pm. Checkout time is 11:00 am.

FedEx and UPS deliveries are made daily to the office.
Prepay $10 to wash RVs/ATVs/Vehicles (power washer available upon request).
Restrooms, showers, and laundry are located in the office building. These are locked from dusk to dawn and the code can be obtained at the office desk. Quarters and bags of ice may be purchased from the office.
We do not give refunds for early departures.

Please notify the office in advance of all visitors in order for liability and safety requirements to be met.
Any overnight guest must be 55+ and will be subject to a $5.00 fee per night, per person. Visitors under 55 are welcome in the park, but they must leave the park by dark.

It is illegal to consume any Cannabis products outside of your RV. (If your neighbor can smell it, it is illegal. Please close your windows!)
The Park is not liable for loss by fire, storm, accident, theft, trees, or any cause beyond its control, nor is it liable for illness including COVID. The use of all facilities is at your own risk.
5 MPH is enforced throughout the Park.

Stay on the main road. Do not drive through unoccupied campsites.
Observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.
Help us keep the park neat, clean, and orderly.
Use generators only when there is no electricity.
Only bagged trash in dumpsters. No furniture, appliances, flammables in/outside of dumpsters. Break down corrugated cardboard, crush cans and plastic bottles before placing in recycle bins.
We are on the edge of wildlife habitat. Expect Deer, Fox, Raccoons, Bear, Bobcats and Coyotes. Watch your pets and prevent wildlife attraction by keeping trash, coolers, and food inside. Bears, in particular, like bird feeders. Do not feed the wildlife.
Keep family pets (dogs, cats, etc.) on a leash whenever you are outside your rig.
Please pick up after your dog or cat. We have poop bags in both dog parks.

Your camper and all associated units must fit on your gravel site.
No overflow parking is available. Please do not work on RVs or other vehicles at your site.
Two person limit per rig unless following regulations for guests over 55. See above.
Please make sure things are moved off the grass on mowing days.
Only propane fire pits are allowed in the park. No grills allowed on picnic tables. As you would expect, if your picnic table is melted, you will be billed for the table.
